SHEDDING FOR THE WEDDING

Meowning...!!

Ok kesinambungan last entry (here)  If u notice i did mention about loosing weight, which i think is VERY IMPORTANT and A MUST for me now.. i know some people say be happy with what u have, but for me im not really happy cos rasa makin bulat n berat.. i seriously dont like the feeling of being heavy and slobberish.. self esteem pun semakin low and watever i do to change it doesn't help..confidence tu lagi la xde.. nak jumpa FMIL and FFIL (future family in law) pun segan sgt222...yup dat bad.. :( i wish i have the self confidence like dyll or other gals out there.. :(

So now, although tgh sakit (one of the reasons i gain weight), i kena pasang semangat untuk loose weight FULL THROTTLE!!.  i only have 6months to go and target to loose 30kg.. i have to start now!!!! xnak da konon2 nak start tapi lengah2 sampai 2-3bulan xbuat pape (just like mase tunang aritu T_T). I sanggup buat ape je skang ni..!! eh tapi xde la sanggup kuar duit kan, haha..cheapskate tu harus.. kalau byk duit da lama kot pegi london weight management ke, mayfair ke, etc,etc.. So here's my plan...

1. Redeem groupon voucher Jazzercise @ dsara utama - mari beraerobics..!! jgn singgah uptown hawkers sudah T_T
2. Fasting - mmg patut pown nak masuk Ramadhan da.. DUH~
3. Break fast light - dont eat heavy meals
4. Amalkan drinking cleansing tea - ok ke bende2 nie?
5. No late night food. Sayang kalau kite lepak minum2 je tau..jgn goda i suh makan.. huhu
6. Try to get appetite suppressant (yg safe). dulu2 bleh dpt kat clinic, skang xtau la kalau bende2 still exist?
7. Try herbalife - for weight and my health (org ckp bleh cure mcm2..is it true?)
8. Drink lotsa water + fruits

Other than that, i also need to 'pasang badan' bak kata fira. hehe... Mesti la nak look+feel good time wedding n afta wedding kan *ehem2*... Here some things dat i gonna do..

1. VCO virgin coconut oil - erm arituh sape eh yg ada pakai ni?mana nak dpt?sape ada jual pls ctc me ya.. :D
2. BIO Oil - for skin and kesan scar from surgery dulu.. voley ke ilang? 
3. pakai moisturizing lotion every day without fail - yg tu sudah tentu :D
4. start visit SPA for scrubbing,brightening,etc,etc...

Fuh, agak byk tu..hope i bleh la melaksanakan all these before wedding day.. it's also for myself jugak kan.. susah dpt org yg low confidence n low self esteem mcm i nie.. Kalau sape2 yg nak JOIN i, please calling2 ya.. sometimes i think bagus kalau ada gang so atleast ada org nak push kite kan.. kan kan kannnn... :)

MY WEDDING PREP - 1ST STEP




Hyeee pretty future-B2Bs... happy weeekend to all :)

huhu u know wat, i just noticed that i have never posted anything on my wedding preps. I guess it's still too early? Im still looking around, surveying around, blog-hopping around for ideas.. Malas nak awal sgt, kang2 tetiber ape2 jadik next year how? I pun xconfirm date betul2 lagi.. ikutkan 11.11.11 mmg idaman n my family suka dat date tu.. but recently i cian tgk my meowgagah mcm struggle je byk responsibilities kene tanggung..takut xsempat nk kumpul duit.. So kire i lepaskan ler 11.11.1... pasrah je kalau kawen lambat mcm my kakak2.. huhu T_T


Anyways, my FIRST WEDDING PREP is.....
TO LOOSE WEIGHT!!!

Yes kuruskan bdn.. like u all can obviously see from my pics, IM FAT N CHUBBY.. xslim mcm u all..huhu.. currently im 7+kg (huhu maluew nak bgtau angka sebenar). I need to loose it  bukan nak chantek jer, ye la for my health gak, n for ehem, my confidence after marriage nanti (buat2 xtau lak!! ehem2 1st nite ler.. huhu). My mom pun asyik nagging bile nak loose weight. Byk pesan suh control makan, tp masalahnye i bukan jenis mkn byk pon..i mmg jenis xleh mkn byk cos nanti senang termuntah..huhu~ (tp kalau gi umah family my meowsayang,i mkn nonstop.. xtau naper! hehehehe bukan bodek yer... ;p )

So far dulu2 dah byk cara n options i dah try..tp xberjaya sgt.. Skang ni ade lah wat survey..tp xtau mane yg bagus.. xtau mane yg berkesan n xtau mane yg kurang cost.. so far i tgk, sumer ade pros n cons.. kalau u all ade tips2 or bende2 nak tambah,sila comment..!

  • i susah nak percaya lotion bleh kuruskan bdn. kalau u mmg kurus n nak ilang selulit tu bleh kot? cos dia tegangkan kulit. kalau mcm i ni lemak da tepu n daging camne lotion tu ilangkan?
  • nanti terlebey kuar angin plak camne? kalau kuar atas, kejap2 burrrpp,burrpp... kalau bwh lak??? T_T
  • kulit sensitive xthn produk2 panas nanti my skin mcm rashes (chey perasan skin halus mcm baby)

 









Pil herba (example-pil binari & seangkatan - detox yg buat kita buang air besar)

  • slalu gi toilet untuk buang air besar

  • xsedap (pahit!)
  • slalu gi toilet (kalau time keje time tu nak beri..abeslah T_T)

  • mostly foodstuffs yg susah nak dpt (xkan nak kene gi coldstorage je?)
  • most plans yg dlm internet nonhalal
  • discipline (huargh mcm xdpt nak follow nanti)













Sports (tennis, badminton, swimming, hockey,etc)

PROS
  • bdn healthy n fit
  • Fun
  • bleh wat kat mane2
CONS
  • kene ade baju n kasut (kene beli ler)
  • kene ade geng
  • kene carik tempat lak kat ner
  • kat umah sewa ade swimming pool, tp byk budak n takut jangkitan (dah penah demam lepas swimming) haish T_T




Ade options lain ker frens? PLEASE HELP ME.... T_T
