TIPS UNTUK VENDOR QUOTATION

Wah byk giler feedback from my last post about vendor2 yg agak kureng di hatiku... For me, whatever it is yg paling penting for vendor2 nie, TOLONGLAH learn PR and ckp elok2 dgn customer... Any business yg involve customer pun sama.. xkisah la client tu mampu atau pun tak.. xkisah la u bz ke x.. xkisah le kalau client tu tanye soalan2 bodo ke x.. Xkisah u ada personal problem ke x.. xkisah ler food testing kene byr ke x.. xkisah la kalau ape yg kite mintak xdpt.. YG PENTING CKP ELOK2.. Ni kalau on the phone before ckp terima kasih dah trus slam the phone, pastu ada lak yg jwb sepatah2 n pastu kasi reply sentap punya.. Actually if ikutkan xde la nak kisah sumer ni kalau vendor2 yg berkenaan  tu ckp elok2..kite bleh forgive and forget je trus.. atleast xde la kite as client nak luahkan ketidakpuashatian n frustration i kat sini kan??? think about it.. lgpun sumer normal people(client like me) 100% agree with me.. end of story.

After this i think all of us kene be careful and study dulu betul2 about any vendor u hire for ur wedding. Kalau u kulit keras, maybe bende2 mcm yg terkena kat i ni x affect u la kot kan.. Anyways, i nak share tips yg telah diberikan oleh one of WP yg top kat Msia nie.. wah sgt teruja..! dah la i fan dorang, pastu ade lak bg feedback kat my last post..siap bagi tips tu..! huhu beshnyer... Sabarlah Renee mungkin nasib Renee tak begitu baik ketika deal dgn vendor berkenaan. Kita pun tak tahu apa sebenarnya yag jadi kan. Ok bagi kami sebagai salah satu vendor yg menawarkan khidmat dekorasi terdapat beberapa tips yg penting ketika anda deal dengan vendor. Based on our experience below is the few tips berguna untuk b2b:

1) Make yourself sounds really interested with your vendor services. Don't ever PM your vendor just like short phrase below

"Salam berapa harga pelamin ni?"

or

"cantik....PM me the price"

or

"berapa harga?"

Sebagai vendor kami akan berasa spt anda tidak begitu serius dgn perkhidmatan kami dan sekadar bertanya sahaja. Kami lebih suka anda mengenalkan diri anda, bercerita serba sedikit perkhidmatan yang anda inginkan, tema perkahwinan impian anda, maklumkan tarikh, tempat dan masa perkahwinan anda. Secara kesimpulannya maklumkan kepada vendor anda segala informasi yg diperlukan sebelum vendor anda dapat mengeluarkan quotation.

2. Pertanyaan secara direct dan jelas.. more or less straight to the point org putih kata. Jangan berpusing2 and vendor anda akan berpusing melayan anda

3. SMS OR CALL. Jika pertanyaan anda lambat dijawab melalui email atau PM di Facebook, anda digalakkan untuk menelefon sahaja vendor anda. Arjuna Cipta lebih suka jika client kami menghubungi kami secara terus untuk mendapatkan informasi and for us you guys sound more interest if u guys calling us. Jangan malu2 kami tak makan orang. Preferably call between 10am - 8pm. Tgh malam org nak rehat dik.

4. Try to prevent to make an appointment in the peak mperiod of weddings month (middle of March, June, December). Your vendor might be cancelled it for the last minute or your vendor will be in hurry (rugilah tak dapat discuss lama2)

5. Quotation kami adalah berbeza2 harga. Ini adalah kerana quotation kami direkabentuk mengikut kehendak dan tema impian pelanggan2 kami. So please don't get confused about this matter k. Thats why lah better u call us for an appointment 1st so we can have a mutual understanding about your wedding dreams and your budget too.

5. Documentation penting u guys. Read carefully your agreement before you sign it k.

Itu sahaja tips yg dapat Arjuna Cipta kongsi bersama2. Hope it will be a useful guide for all b2b outside there. But back to basic "budi bahasa budaya kita"

TERSENTAP N KECHEWA WITH VENDORS... T_T

Heyya all..



i nak luahkan perasaan i nieee..!! this is my first time post blog about my ketidakpuashatian i kat sini.. Mmg seriously xpuas hati.. i sgt sedey, marah, tak puas hati, kechewa, sumer perasaan la. u want to know why? Hmm last week i ade la mintak quotations from a few vendors for photog, pelamin, catering, makeups, etc.. So adalah a few yg langsung xreply, and ada plak reply. Ada yg reply tu PR mmg meletop, ada yg reply PR sgt lah mengecewakan. i xtau ler is it becos of me yg over sensitive??? or mmg dis people mmg xpandai jaga hati customer??

I bukan nak malukan dorang ni ke ape, tp seriously i mmg tersentap. I think i must share with u all B2B. I paham these people sgt busy, but if busy dorang bleh ler inform or say sorry sbb busy. Tp kalau dorang xckp dorang bz, mane la kite tau kan? ni x, jwb sepatah2 je, xpun jwb mcm xnak layan.. Maybe sbb dah top n nama da famous, trus xlayan org kah? Perlu ke i letak status untuk mendapatkan perhatian dari dorang? Nak kene jadik artist ke baru nak layan? nak kene tunjuk duit berkepul baru nak layan? nak kene bwk kete mercedes park depan kedai dorang baru nak layan? nak kene cantik n cun macam model atau artis baru nak layan ke???.... gerams tau.. T_T

I nak share ngan u all B2B, mane vendor2 yg seriously buat i tersentap n frustrated...i dont care, im going to tell all here...kite customer kan...it's their fault not to treat us the right way. My work line is berkaitan wif customer service so i know la bab2 customer service ni.. Ingat kite ni suka2 je ask quotation ke? We could be ur potential customer la.. Bile letak nama penuh dgn title anak 'nenek' baru nak layan.. apekehal nyer? i kahwin bukan pakai duit makbapak pun so ape kaitan nak letak nama title baru nak layan?

So, nak tau sape? these are the people yg i saannngaatt kureng... antara nye adalah, S catering - call je jawab ngan kasar n mcm xnak layan langsung.. pastu bile mintak test food, dia ckp kene byr deposit dulu baru bleh dpt test food (hah??! ade ke camtu? mane kite nak tau food sedap ke x sebelum confirm letak depo?? sgt xlogic kan)..i reply dgn baiknye,"owh camtu eh, terima kasih yea"..trus dorang letak phone before i abes ckp terima kasih tu..!! geramnyerrr. Second, K catering yg sgtlah famous tu..mule2 i call mintak quotation, pakai nama biase je, dorang ckp akan call balik.. ok ler i tunggu...pastu 1week xcall2 balik..! (lupe dah ke?) pastu bile i call balik, pakai nama ngan title 'anak nenek', baru dorang bagi quotation there and then... wargh geram nyer...ade ke camtu, sgt double standard.. T_T

One more, ade la dia WP yg tgh nak naik nie.. i mmg suke his work dari dulu smpai skang.. mmg hantaran n pelamin n deco mmg superb.. i mmg kaki comment kat his work..bile dia post new pics of his work je mesti i akan puji mati-matian.. so i ask him for quotations 2 times.. tp cara dia jwb tu, aduh hancur luluh hatiku..serious..mcm xnak layan jer.. mula2 jawab sepatah2 je (tu xpakai lagi title 'anak nenek').. pastu senyap trus, ok lah time tu xrasa pape lagi.. Then baru2 nie for d second time i ask lagi, ok la dia jwb..pastu dia ckp suh jumpa trus kat tempat dia untuk nego n bleh tgk lagi clear(err i ada sebut ke nak nego? i mintak quote sikit je so i rase clear je tu)..i ckp buat sementara ni xleh nak dtg sbb jauh n no time,i juz need approx quotation.. n then senyap balik (i rase agak pelik, i tak end pun d conversation tu?) so i minta la lagi, bleh ke x? dia pun reply sumer harga dia ada (aiks mcm marah aje?? i mintak for a few things jer T_T)... but i bersyukur je la atleast dia ada bagi kan, bagus juge ada sumer harga tu..n then dgn happynyer i bgtau la bleh i share ngan bride bloggers lain.. pastu?? u all bace la sendri.. i xtau ler nak ckp per.. mmg agak tersentap n hancur luluh.. maybe i yg oversensitive, tp i rase untuk jaga customer dia xperlu ckp camtu..nampak mcm riak pun ada.. i ni dah la fan dia, i byk review pasal dia.. n then camni plak.. hmm sorry ler u have just lost ur potential customer.. ntah2 dia xkisah kowt cos dah top kan.... xtau naper dia jwb camtu... sbb dia malas nak lyn i ker? or dia akan bg harga lain2 kat org? geramnyerr...im very2 frustrated.. T_T

UPDATE: memandangkan ade pihak yg berpihak kat vendor tu xpuashati, i pon padamkan (tp rasenyer mmg awal lagi i pdm pon) mane yg patut so dorang xde la nak sentap2 gak ngan ketidakpuashatian i nie...maybe they all pk dorang 100% perfect, xleh nak terima ketidakpuashatian customer kan.? patutnyer take note n improve, bukannye pakai nickname sape2 tah n then ckp bukan2 kat my chatbox. tingkatkan lagi ler PR tu kan, andplease be friendly..bukan nak msg2 kat chatbox je as if 100% perfect.. ikutkan i ler yg patut sentap n sedey, tp dorang yg sape2 ni tah nak msg2 bukan2 kat chatbox i kan..siap mendoakan wedding i n others B2B a disaster..tsktsk teruknyer.. ye la, dorang nak backup tp xtau yg kite yg terkene ni rase camne.. mmg i ngaku i sensitive (some say i over2), tp kalau sumer customer u macam i camne? and ramai lak tu agree ngan i??think people.. kalau u gi shopping, tgk baju chantek giler pastu bile u tanye je kat salesperson mcm xnak lyn? ape prasaan korang? THINKTHINKTHINK... JAGA HATI CUSTOMER N POTENTIAL CUSTOMER..BE FRIENDLY..kite consumer ada hak..sumer jenis business camtu kan..

hoh yg paling last tu.. i juz ckp nak share ngan bride bloggers, but jwb camtu? sorry la i mmg sensitive..mmg sgt sentap n kecewa.. kalau u dpt customer yg xsensitive pown, u xpatut ckp camtu.. kalau u dpt 1000 lagi customer lain yg sensitive mcm i gak camne?? i still xphm y kene jwb camtu? kalau u all ada amek dia as WP n diberi layanan yg baik, alhamdulillah u all mmg lucky... sorry ler i just cant get over it.. same as S catering n K catering.. ada lagi yg lain2 ni i mmg tgh tgk mane bagi layanan n service yg baik, n mana bagi layanan yg teruk... i mmg akan post kat sini untuk share ngan sumer B2B...

Anyways, thanks all for reading n sharing my frustration.. sape2 ada story nak share silakan. If u all rase i ni jer yg sensitive ke ape sila share disini juga. Maybe i ni jer over-sensitive, tp my parents n meowgagah pun agree dgn i..so how?

Real Weddings - Firdauz + Yasmin (Majlis Pengsohoran Raja Sehari)

MeowMeow All...

Wah lamaaaa giler x online rase mcm ada kekurangan je these days.. rindunyer berblogging.. i was too busy at work and too busy surveying and quotationing (voley xpakai word nih) for wedding stuffs..hehe ;p). Okay hari ni actually office busy giler ayam, sgt2 busy rase nak bom aje office nih.. tp busy2 pown, sempat curik2 bukak FB la kan..haha. so today ternampak la one photog company ni post pics2 yg capture my heart.. serious talk uuuu....

Company photog ni nama dia THE PHOTOGRAPHER STUDIO & GALLERY, heh senang je nama pakai THE PHOTOGRAPHER je kan... org lain sibuk nak pakai nama2 yg kebaboom vass dorang pakai simple jer, THE PHOTOGRAPHER :) i baru je add dorang nie like few weeks back.. their work mmg chun2 and i dah bookmark n save profile dorang dlm my wedding folder.. yes we all love to do dat dont we? confirm u all ade wedding folder masing2...kankankaannn ;p sape2 nak check out search je kat FB yea...

Ok, back to this wedding, first mase i tgk jer THE PHOTOGRAPHER STUDIO & GALLERY upload pics dorang nie.. i was like, WAAAOOOWW CHUN GILERsss.. This wedding is soooo different and unique.. Plus the photog punye skills of taking d photos mmg menambah2 kan lagi ler chun... huhu. Maybe org lain da post about dis wedding, but xkisah i nak post jugak. Kalau ikutkan camni la betul-betul melayu kan, tp kite da zaman modern so all this stuffs to me sgt2 menarik..! ok enjoy yea....

Ohhhhwwhhh.. the photos are beautifuuulll..! very2 exquisite and magnificent! Bile tgk satu2 dah mcm story kan... :) The wedding plak, concept simple jek, which is our roots - melayu ala2 royal gitu, thanks to the details it became a very2 exclusive and unique wedding. I like the part where all family members pun pakai baju2 lama and guests pun took part pakai baju traditional dorang.. huhu beshnyer.. sumer sportingkan.. 

Dah la bride and groom chantek2 belaka. The makeup done by MUA mmg chantek, sesuai ngan theme melayu dolu2.. The setup of pelamin and deco mmg superb. serious rase mcm back to time. Have u seen the last photo of meja makan? ZOMG sgt niceeee..very-de-melayu..! all this while i've been dreaming of a modern wedding mcm artist2 n anak2 millionaire kat msia nie, tp rupanya concept melayu ni jugak la yg cool.. (aiks mcm dah nak tukar idea je ni??) hehe.. meowmeowsayang, nak tukar leh x? haha (mau kene cakar ngan meowgagahku)

Anyway, the gorgeous bride Yasmin is sooo superlucky dpt family yg sgt sporting, and their malay concept tu menjadi-kira kalau i yg vendor@wedding planner@photographer tu i mmg sgt puas hati.. clap2 for them.. :)

♥ MEOWLOVE ♥ our story III


MeowMeow~~

Hurmmm actually tgh kerinduan ngan my papacat nie.. Rase mcm dah almost 3weeks xjumpa.. huwaaa T_T i mish u my meowgagah.. so tgh mish2 ni nak wat per eh? post about us leh?? hehehhehe.. sorry ler sila sediakan barfbag atau plasticbag untuk muntah bagi korang2 yg xlarat sgn kejiwangan ku inih.. hehe.. 

Hmm mase tgh layan kerinduan ni, teringat ler mase first jumpa n awal2 declare tu.. huhu sgt sweet time tu (skang pun sweet gak ;p). Time tu i dah lama xbercinta (2years plus single okeh-agak payah to recover from a bad relationship T_T). Then when u met him,u know u found the ONE.. mmg perasaan n hati tu membuak2 n feels like ur in cloud 9.. :) I think u all pun rase camtu gak kan?? hehe..

Mase 1st date kitorang (n day of declare ;p), he gave me a small gift.. Chocolate n cd lagu.. wah sweet sgt.. 1st2 jumpa dah bg gift, terharu u... sampai skang simpan wrapper gift and cd tu okehh.. So after few days dah declare tu, biase ler mase kat office masih teringat2kan dia,senyum n gelak sorang2.. hehe. i pun saje2 la wat doodle2 n sketch pic dia.. When i send to him by surprise, rupa2nya my meowsayang pun tgh sketch a pic of me..!! wat a coincidence..!! huhu... mmg we are meant to be kot.. haha (sila muntah sekarang)... 

Sampai skang i simpan his sketch, and he also simpan my sketch... Both of us mmg art lovers and suke sgt drawing.. But his skills are better la kan, i punye skill dah lapuk.. dah dia background graphic art, tp minat cooking skang.. :D i plak background architecture, tp keje travel agency... hahhaa ape daaa T_T bunyik agak sedey, tp apakan daya..asalkan kerja kan??. Oklay gals, thanks for reading my post rindu nih.. Alah, korang pon mesti ada rindu2 gak ngan boyfie or tunang kann.. i mish my meowgagah so muchieeeee.....

Anywaaaysss, kesian kat u all yg dah muntah hijau tu, i will stop my entry here...hehe..
